To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions promptly.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a return or exchange, we will notify you via email on the status of your request. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.
