SECTION 20 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you purchase one of our goods and the bottle is defective. We will only be able to provide a refund or exchange upon receipt of evidence of purchase and inspection of the item in question to determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange.

SECTION 21 - DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles. Spray perfumes are not available for international shipping for the EU please contact us before placing an order, since not all items may be shipped beyond the EU. We are NOT responsible for paying Customs Charges and any fees once the initial package has been shipped internationally. This is the buyer's obligation, as different nations have different rules and regulations that they must adhere to.

Monday through Friday, between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm, per your delivery instructions. If you are not there, the driver will attempt to contact you, and if three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have it redelivered to your address. For shipments of perfume Oils, the driver will leave a red "We Miss You" card, and it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the goods from the designated spot.

SECTION 22 - DELIVERY TIMES

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability; if they become unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be notified via email or phone as soon as your purchase is processed by a member of our team. We will make every effort to provide alternatives.

Products ordered on the website before 9am Monday through Friday will be delivered within three to 5 working days if the recipient's address is in the United Kingdom, and within 10 to 20 for the EU and United States. We will only be able to provide a refund or exchange upon receipt of evidence of purchase and inspection of the item in question to determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange. days if the recipient's address is in Europe, unless the customer is notified of a delay via e-mail or telephone. If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, it will be processed the next available business day.

Monday through Friday, we deliver until 4 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve are NOT delivery days. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, it will be processed the following business day. Please provide us with your best phone/mobile number so that we can call you to arrange a convenient delivery time. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed service, and all delivery times are purely estimates. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates or timings due to the possibility of delays outside of our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed via phone and email at all times.

If we attempt delivery at the scheduled time and delivery is not possible, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery, unless you have granted us preapproval to leave the items in a secure location. If you consent to this, it will be at your own risk.

SECION 23 - STOLEN ITEM

If you request us to leave your delivery outside your home or in a secure location and it is subsequently stolen, we cannot be held responsible.

SECTION 24 - BREAKAGES

If any of the products in your shipment are damaged, please notify us within seven days of receiving the item. The item will next be examined to see whether it is eligible for a replacement or refund. If the damage is not immediately apparent, we may require you to mail the item back at your own expense so we may physically evaluate the product. Once the item has been inspected and the damage has been confirmed, we will refund your account for the purchase amount or give an exchange. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable.

SECTION 25 - THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

Our policies on Breakages and Defective Items are for the benefit of all of our customers. If we determine that they have been abused, we retain the right to deactivate your account once we have fulfilled our responsibilities under this guarantee. If we do deactivate your account and you choose to make another purchase, whether through that account or another, our obligation for any claim against you will be limited to your statutory rights.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

• All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and may be per unit as indicated. When applicable, the prices include the value-added tax. Delivery costs are not included.
• We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards
• We retain the right to discontinue any special offer at any moment and without notification.

CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel your order for any reason within twenty-four hours of the day following the day you placed your order.
• To cancel your order, you must inform us by email at info@theperfumetreasury.com within 24 hours of the order's placement.
• We will refund the purchase money within 30 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

RETURNS

• You must contact us as soon as possible if any or all of the delivered products are damaged or ruined. You may return the entire shipment for a refund, or you may return only the defective items.
• You must tell us through email at info@theperfumetreasury.com within 7 days of receipt of any products that are to be returned for any of the reasons listed in this clause. If you fail to do so, you cannot depend on the clause above.
• All refunds and reimbursements will be made within 30 days of you alerting us of your desire to return the product under this paragraph, provided that our carrier has collected the merchandise.
• Products collected by our carrier must be in their original packaging where possible to prevent further damage.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit your statutory rights with respect to defective or misdescribed goods. Your local government's Department of Trading Standards or Citizen's Advice Bureau can provide you with more information on your rights.
• If you do not notify us before we send your products that you do not desire to receive them and subsequently request a return, you will be charged £5.
• Due to health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

SECTION 26 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees, or our agents in the following situations:
  
  i. the loss or damage was not anticipated by both parties at the time the contract was established;
  ii. the loss or damage was not the result of any breach by the supplier;

• We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from the customer's handling of the product. Specifically, we will not be responsible for spills or breaks.
• Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
  
  Some of our spray products may contain chemicals which may be considered hazardous.
  Some of our spray products include Alcohol Denat, which is flammable; please keep out of reach of children and away from any ignition source.
  iii. Our goods are not intended for oral consumption; we assume no liability if they are used for purposes other than those mentioned on the packaging.
• iv. certain of our goods contain substances that are sensitive to light or heat; for optimal quality preservation, please store them in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.

SECTION 27 - GENERAL

• We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of your products if the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Brexit, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
• The Perfume Treasury has the right to modify or supplement these terms and conditions for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will not exercise this right to modify the conditions of any promotional offer applicable to you.
• Order acceptance and fulfilment of the contract between you and us occurs upon shipment of the products purchased, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order for any reason, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with section 25 above. Titles will pass on delivery of the products, if we have completed and received full payment.
• Applicable United Kingdom law shall govern these terms and conditions, and only the appropriate United Kingdom courts will have jurisdiction.
